Yes it’s true folks I am now a gold member (of Weightwatchers) – meaning I have reached my goal weight. Hooray!!
Actually I have reached the top end of the weight range but lets not quibble.
21 pounds, that’s what’s gone from me howzat? And what’s more it’s really really easy if you follow the WW core [...]

I’ve been looking for a real authentic American pumpkin soup recipe.
That’s some thing I didn’t grow up with coz as far as I’m concerned pumpkins weren’t invented til about 1988. I grew up on turnips – try carving them for Halloween! (I left a comment to that effect on someone else’s blog but I forget where).
